TJ was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Atlanta, GA at the age of 7. He was heavily influenced in art and architecture by his grandfather, who was an engineer. After several years of formal training in music, TJ learned to play the the violin, viola, bass, cello, saxophone, trumpet, and trombone. He learned bass guitar and played in several bands when he was in high school. His creativity took a backseat to making a living until he moved to Sandusky, OH in 2011. He apprenticed with Robbie Reeves - now of Pain and Pleasure Tattoos for 2 years. After more moving around, TJ settled in Ohio. He spends his time working on his various art mediums and his business with his wife and spoiling his dog, Wilhelmina.
